To enter this Sweepstakes, you must agree to and abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”).†

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. You must have Internet access, an active e-mail and D23 account to participate.

†These Official Rules reflect the Sweepstakes prizing confirmed as of the date of publication of same; that is, only three (3) prizes to be offered in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will add prizes for the rest of the Sweepstakes from time to time; and, the Official Rules will reflect a full listing of prizes (exact number to be awarded as well as any terms and conditions related to such added prizes are to be determined) no later than July 16, 2026. In all other respects, however, this version of the Official Rules includes all other material terms of the Sweepstakes in final form. BE SURE TO REVIEW THE VERSION OF THE OFFICIAL RULES AVAILABLE ON JULY 16, 2026 BEFORE SELECTING PRIZE(S) AND ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES.

  1. SPONSOR: ABC, Inc., d/b/a Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Sponsor”), 500 Buena Vista Street, Burbank, CA 91521.
  2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability, LLC (“Administrator”), 2 Woodstock Meadows Lane, PO Box 1484, Woodstock, NY 12498.

  3. ELIGIBILITY: “D23: The Ultimate Disney Sweepstakes – FANtastic Prizes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older), and who have Internet access, an active e-mail address and a D23 accountΘ (which has not been terminated or suspended by Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. who is the sponsor of the D23 Membership Program). (If you have a D23 account but are not a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, do not enter the Sweepstakes as it is not intended for you.) Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes and/or the D23 Membership Program and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, related and successor companies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

    Entrants and, for prizes which are trips, the prize Winner’s guest(s), may not have been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude. By entering, each entrant understands and agrees that, if selected as a potential prize Winner, they will be required to consent to a background check to verify eligibility; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in disqualification. Similarly, a potential guest understands and agrees that, as a condition of accompanying a prize Winner on the corresponding trip, such potential guest will be required to consent to a background check; and, failure to sign such consents and authorizations and/or to furnish all required information will result in forfeiture of opportunity to accompany prize Winner on the corresponding trip as a guest. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify a potential prize Winner if the results of such background check reveal that such potential prize Winner is not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or has been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. And, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold opportunity to accompany prize Winner on corresponding trip if such potential guest has been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

    ΘWhere D23 account is a Gold Membership Duo Plan, both the primary member of the account and the affiliate member may enter the Sweepstakes individually. The primary member and affiliate member must enter through their respective accounts.

  4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: The Sweepstakes begins on or about at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”), July 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET, August 23, 2026 (“Entry Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Eastern Time. There will be up to twenty-three (23) separate and distinct Sweepstakes drawings each with its own prize and winner (collectively, “Prize Sweepstakes Drawing(s)”) as well as an additional Sweepstakes drawing to award the Grand Prize (defined below in Section 6) (“Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing,” collectively along with “Prize Sweepstakes Drawing(s),” “Sweepstakes Drawing(s)”) comprising the Sweepstakes. Administrator’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.

    You must have a current, online D23 account to enter. During the Entry Period, visit https://fantasticprizes.d23.com (“Website”) and select which prize(s) you would like to win. By selecting a given prize, you will be entered once into the Prize Sweepstakes Drawing for that prize (as well as the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing) as discussed below by clicking the “Enter” button. For Prize Sweepstakes Drawings, you should only select prize(s) that you are interested in winning. You will need to log in using your D23 account (the “Account”) user name or e-mail address and password; or, if you do not have an online D23 account, you will need to create an account. You may create a D23 account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the “Join” link and completing the required steps and providing the requested information.

    TO ENTER, YOU MUST CLICK THE CHECK BOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTP://DISNEYTERMSOFUSE.COM/) AND PRIVACY POLICY (HTTP://DISNEYPRIVACYCENTER.COM). DO NOT CLICK IF YOU DO NOT AGREE. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN ANY PRIZE(S). Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. All entries must be received by August 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor of a change in your e-mail address.

    During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Sponsor (https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en/), and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

    Limit of one (1) entry per person per day per Prize Sweepstakes Drawing (for a maximum of thirty-two [32] entries in each Prize Sweepstakes Drawing and a maximum of thirty-two [32] entries in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing), regardless of the number of D23 accounts a person may have). A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59 PM ET except for the first day (7/23/26) which will begin at 12:00 PM (noon) ET. Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

    *IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Sweepstakes entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance.   5. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: Potential winners (each a “Winner”, collectively the “Winners”) will be selected from among all eligible entries received via random drawing. There will be up to twenty-four (24) random drawings in total: up to twenty-three (23) separate Prize Sweepstakes Drawings (with one (1) Winner for the prize offered in each Prize Sweepstakes Drawing) and one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. All drawings will take place on or about August 24, 2026. Each Prize Sweepstakes Drawing will consist only of all eligible entries received for that Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. (Non-winning entries from one Prize Sweepstakes Drawing will NOT be retained for any other Prize Sweepstakes Drawing.) The Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing will consist of all eligible entries received for all Prize Sweepstakes Drawings. Prize Sweepstakes Drawings will be done in the order that the prizes are listed in Section 6 (i.e., the Prize Sweepstakes Drawing for Prize #1 will occur first, the Prize Sweepstakes Drawing for Prize #2 will occur second, and so on). After the twenty-third (23rd) Prize Sweepstakes Drawing (or final Prize Sweepstakes Drawing if less than twenty-three (23) Prizes are available), the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing will be conducted. If an entrant is selected as a Winner for a Prize Sweepstakes Drawing, that entrant will not be eligible to be a Winner for any subsequent Prize Sweepstakes Drawing but that entrant WILL be eligible to be the Grand Prize Winner in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. The drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a given selected prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Prize Sweepstakes Drawing. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing (that is, the total number of eligible entries received for all Prize Sweepstakes Drawings throughout the Entry Period.)

  6. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:

    Prize #1: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for the Winner and a guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the world premiere of the Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday movie (“Premiere”) scheduled for December 2026 (the “Trip”). The Trip includes: two (2) tickets to attend the Premiere in Los Angeles tentatively set to take place in December 2026 (date and location of Premiere are subject to change); two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Los Angeles, CA area hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles from a major airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor) to a Los Angeles area airport selected by Sponsor; roundtrip ground transportation to/from the Los Angeles area airport and hotel; and ground transportation to/from Los Angeles hotel and Premiere.

    Winner must travel on specific dates to be designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Premiere, which is currently tentatively scheduled for December 2026 in Los Angeles, CA (date subject to change). If Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner (time permitting) from among the remaining non-winning entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Winner is unable to travel once the travel dates are booked, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligations to the Winner. Date and location of Premiere are subject to change.

    In the event the Winner can participate in the Trip as scheduled but the Premiere does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize (i.e., a trip to Los Angeles) with no further obligation to the Winner. Premiere is subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the Premiere. Without limiting the foregoing, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or portions thereof of equal or greater value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. If Winner’s residence is within one hundred-fifty (150) miles of Los Angeles, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

    Guest (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a minor, the Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian.

    The attendance by any cast members, filmmakers, or such other talent from the film during the Premiere is not guaranteed and shall be subject to such individual’s availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent from the film during the Premiere. Winner and guest must comply with the Premiere’s rules and regulations at all times. Such rules and requirements may include requirements for proper attire at Premiere and prohibition of electronic/video/audio recordation of Premiere. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of this portion of the prize. Winner acknowledges and agrees that the portion of prize relating to attendance at Premiere has no retail value and should such portions of the prize become unavailable for any reason, Sponsor and its agencies shall have no further obligations in that regard other than to deliver a trip to Los Angeles as detailed, and subject to, the terms herein.

    Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses related to the Trip not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, beverages, tips, taxes, travel insurance, and hotel incidentals. Winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure location and date, and return location and date or Trip may be forfeited in its entirety. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as photo identification. Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. In addition, the Winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Winner and guest must provide own transportation to and from departure airport.

    Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to departure.

    ARV of Prize #1: $3,000.00. There is no retail value associated with the Premiere experience portion of the prize. Actual final value of Trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure and hotel availability and cost as determined at time of purchase and travel. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the ARV in these Official Rules.

    Prize #2: Winner will receive an eight (8) day/seven (7) night National Geographic Expeditions Journeys: Kenya Safari Experience (the “Trip”), operated by Lindblad Expeditions (“Tour Operator”), with additional inclusions, if applicable, as set forth below (collectively, the “Vacation Package”) for the Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) (Prize Winner and Guest together, the “Group”). The Vacation Package is subject to restrictions and conditions, including those set forth below.

    The Vacation Package consists of the following:

    • Roundtrip coach airfare between a major international commercial airport near Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and an international airport at or near the originating and ending point of the Trip (each as determined solely by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator, with possible stopovers) for the Group, and internal airfare, if applicable
    • Transfers upon arrival/departure for Winner and Guest booked on recommended Group flights
    • Seven (7) nights of accommodation for two (2) people on the Trip including:
      • One (1) double occupancy cabin (location/category at the discretion of Sponsor and/or Tour Operator). Maximum occupancy two (2) people
      • Participation in a guided group travel experience (as determined by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator in its sole discretion)
      • Services of local experts
      • Services of expedition staff
      • On-tour luggage handling
      • Scheduled meals
      • Alcoholic beverages (excluding certain premium brands)

    The Trip is pre-scheduled for specific dates and subject to availability. ARV of Prize #2 is $15,658.00. The actual value of the Vacation Package may vary depending on a number of factors, including point of departure, fluctuations of room rates and airfares, and the number of travelers. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the Vacation Package will not be awarded.

    Please Note Restrictions for the Vacation Package:

    • All Group members must travel together on the same itinerary and the same class of travel. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s or Tour Operator’s agent and with carriers and accommodations selected by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator. Vacation Package components are subject to change without notice.
    • Vacation Package must be booked at least 60 days in advance of travel departure date, and in any event, be booked on or before July 1, 2027, or the Vacation Package will be forfeited without compensation of any kind.
    • Only Trip departure dates specifically listed are eligible; if specific departure dates are not listed, Trip departure dates between 09/01/2027 and 11/30/2027 are eligible.
    • Travel dates will be subject to availability. Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Sponsor and/or Tour Operator’s sole discretion.
    • If Winner cannot travel within the dates specified by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator, the Vacation Package will be forfeited in its entirety, except in the event Sponsor and/or Tour Operator offer additional dates, at their sole discretion.
    • The Trip is not a private tour and may be attended by other travelers.
    • Sponsor and/or Tour Operator reserve the right to delay, postpone or otherwise reschedule the Vacation Package for different dates, even if already booked, as necessary for any reason, including based on (i) Sponsor and/or Tour Operator’s health and safety protocols, which take into consideration guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, local and international health authorities, the U.S. Travel Association, and The Walt Disney Company’s team of health experts, and (ii) the rules and regulations in place for each country visited during the Vacation Package.
    • Expenses not specifically included as part of the Vacation Package are solely the responsibility of Winner, including, without limitation, the following: trip cancellation insurance or any other travel insurance, gratuities, activities and ground transportation not expressly included in the Vacation Package; meals not served as part of the Vacation Package; airline baggage fees; customs and immigration fees; passport costs; laundry service, merchandise and souvenirs; parking; room service; service charges; spa services and other optional activities; telephone calls; and income and other taxes not expressly included in the Vacation Package; and all other costs and expenses not expressly included in the Vacation Package.
    • Certain terms and restrictions shall apply to the Vacation Package, as determined by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator in their sole discretion. If the Group does not agree to the terms and restrictions, the Vacation Package will be forfeited in its entirety.
    • All members of the Group will be required to execute and return an agreement, and/or release, which may include a release of liability, assumption of risk, waiver of claims, indemnification and publicity (i.e., photo/video) release (where allowed by law) prior to participation, the ship’s ticket, and any other documentation required by Sponsor and Tour Operator for participation on the Vacation Package. Failure to return any required documentation within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package. Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their Travel Party, related to any use or misuse of the Vacation Package or any related activity or travel.
    • In the event the Winner and/or Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor and/or Tour Operator in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor’s or Tour Operator’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Sponsor and/or Tour Operator reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or Guest(s) home with no further compensation. Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group.
    • Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D., credit card, passport, valid alien registration card, and/or necessary visas if applicable) before departure. Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the Group members’ responsibility.
    • Guest must be at least 12 years old in order to partake in this Trip. All persons under the age of 18 (“minor(s)”) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over age 21 in the same room. In the event a minor is not accompanied by all legal guardians, Group must agree to carry a notarized document from each legal guardian not on the Trip, granting approval for the minor to travel on the Trip and to present said documents to any authority requesting them. Sole guardians of a minor agree to carry documentation evidencing such and present to any authority when requested.
    • The Vacation Package (and all elements thereof) is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The Vacation Package may not be sold or transferred to any other person or third party.
    • The Vacation Package may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles, award points or other perquisites. Lost or mutilated tickets will not be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.
    • If a Vacation Package is not available for any reason, then Sponsor and/or Tour Operator reserves the right to substitute the Vacation Package with another vacation package of comparable or greater value.
    • Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to restrictions. Failure to accept the Vacation Package within the indicated time period may result in forfeiture.

    Prize #3: Winner will receive a cruise vacation for the Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”; collectively “Guests” and together with the Winner, the “Group”) to be taken aboard the Disney Believe ship (the “Vacation Package”) subject to the terms outlined below. Prize #3 consists of the following:

    • Number of nights/days of the cruise, ports, and itinerary are to be determined by Disney Cruise Line.
    • Cruise will occur during one of the inaugural sailings for the Disney Believe, chosen by Sponsor.
    • If Winner resides outside a 250-mile radius of the port of departure:
      • Up to four (4) roundtrip coach airfares between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) and the closest major airport to the port of departure;
      • Ground transportation for up to four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local ground transportation service from the closest major airport to the port of departure to a hotel near the port of departure (at the discretion of Sponsor);
      • One (1) standard room with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons at the hotel (hotel selection at the discretion of Sponsor) for one (1) night prior to the ship’s departure;
    • One (1) cruise on the Disney Believe for up to four (4) persons, consisting of:
      • One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Believe (location/category at the discretion of Sponsor) with a maximum occupancy four (4) people;
      • All meals onboard the Disney Believe (excluding specialty and adult-exclusive dining);
      • Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server;
      • Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website).
    • One-time payment in the total amount of up to $6,000 to be awarded in the form of a check made out to the Winner, to help defray payment of taxes payable as a result of winning the Vacation Package (see terms below).

    ARV of Prize #3: $30,000.00 (maximum 7-night cruise ship). which includes Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). ARV based on the value of the inaugural sailing on the Disney Treasure. The actual value of the inaugural sailing on the Disney Believe is not currently available. The actual value of the Vacation Package will be communicated to the Winner as soon as available with an option to decline the Vacation Package and forfeit the prize. If prize is declined and forfeited, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The actual value of Prize #3 may vary depending on point of departure, number of nights/days of the cruise, cruise itinerary, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of Prize #3 is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

    Vacation Package includes a maximum of seven (7) nights aboard the Disney Believe (at Sponsor’s discretion). Sponsor reserves the right to change the specified travel date, the Vacation Package period, cruise ship or any other component of the Vacation Package, for any reason and in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, postponement of inaugural sailings. No substitution of a Vacation Package or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or where required by law. Ports of call, offerings and experiences onboard are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice.

    Vacation Package must be booked at least 45 days prior to the intended travel dates and must occur on the date as selected by Disney Cruise Line for the Sponsor chosen inaugural sailing of the Disney Believe ship. If Winner cannot travel on such date the Vacation Package will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and a new potential Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes Drawing (time permitting). Travel must be reserved through Sponsor’s agent, and Sponsor will determine airline, hotel, flight and ground transportation itinerary in its sole discretion. Once hotel/cruise accommodations and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. Vacation Package is for the respective Winner and up to three (3) Guests of Winner’s choosing. Once selected by Winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason.

    Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Vacation Package. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal.

    Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to availability and restrictions. Vacation Package may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Vacation Package elements may not be substituted and vacations are non-commissionable. Furthermore, Winner and Guests are solely responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. It is the Guests’ responsibility to check with their travel agent, government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure that they have proper citizenship documentation. U.S. Citizens can also visit the State Department’s travel website at www.travel.state.gov, or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at (877) 4USA-PPT for more information. Guests of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports. Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, visa, credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in Prize #3).

    The Winner and Guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The Winner and each Guest will also be required to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise Contract”). The Cruise Contract is available at www.disneycruise.com/cruisecontract. Failure to return the executed release form or to accept and sign the Cruise Contract within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package. The Winner and Guests are required to comply with Disney Cruise Line’s health and safety measures and operational guidelines. Persons not meeting embarkation requirements will be denied boarding. In the event the Winner and/or Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney Cruise Line’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or Guest(s) home with no further compensation. The Winner agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the Group, related to any use or misuse of the Vacation Package or any related activity or travel.

    Certain Disney Cruise Line onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, may have limited capacity and may be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure.

    Any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to, round trip transportation between the Winner’s residence and the Departure Airport (if applicable), round-trip transportation between Winner’s residence and the hotel (if applicable), Winner’s transportation to the port of call (if applicable), alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, ship to shore communications (including internet), telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in the Vacation Package. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blockout dates and Sponsor’s approval as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Hotel regulations and conditions apply. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable, including for any costs or expenses, Winner and Guest(s) (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents, which must be returned with the verification documents requested of Winner, or Guest portion of the Vacation Package will be forfeited. If the Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Winner. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled, discontinued, delayed or postponed at any time and without prior notice. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is changed, cancelled, discontinued, delayed for any reason and Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sweepstakes Entities will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates. Prize will only be delivered to street address within the United States. Prize elements may not be separated. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and any unused element of Prize #3 will be forfeited. If any portion of the Vacation Package is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of Vacation Package with another prize of comparable or greater value. If the Group cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, Prize #3 will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Winner may be chosen from among all eligible entries in a random drawing.

    If Vacation Package includes airfare, the Winner and Guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip (with possible layovers) from/to the same Departure Airport/Arrival Airport (both as defined above), as chosen by Sponsor. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with Vacation Package are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. No one-way trips or upgrades allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the prize; if a stopover otherwise occurs, Vacation Package will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Other travel restrictions may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes in its sole discretion. The roundtrip air transportation element of Prize #3 begins and ends at the point of departure. Other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Winner/Guest(s). Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay.

    As above provided, the Vacation Package includes a one-time payment for Winner to help defray payment of taxes payable as a result of receiving the Vacation Package. The Released Parties (as defined below) do not make any representation or warranty that the foregoing amount will be sufficient to pay Winner’s tax liability. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes. The award of the Vacation Package is subject to applicable withholding requirements; and Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 (or similar form) reflecting the estimated retail value of the Vacation Package. Winner may receive and be required to sign other tax documents.

    Any images of prize/prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only and actual items awarded as prize/prize components may differ from such images; and, Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith.

    Grand Prize: Winner will receive one (1) upgrade to a D23 Gold Membership Individual Plan for a one-year period (the “Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value: $99. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winners will be notified by e-mail (as provided on their D23 account) on or about August 24, 2026 and will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes Drawing (time permitting, as applicable).

    In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address reflected in the D23 account registration.   9. DISPUTES. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by courts located in the State of California within Los Angeles County; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, special and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
